I noticed this question pop up on most discussion discussion boards so i thought i would post a poll here. I lift Cindy's off on purpose. i know many like that 1.
Please let us know why you voted the way you did
I voted for Chef Mickey's because that is our 1st night tradition. My 2nd favorite is a tie between Princess Norway and Crystal Palace

we enjoyed it better also. The food was much better as well as the character interaction.
We have breakfast scheduled there on our next trip :)

I voted for Crystal Palace (only because I haven't been to too many of those listed). We've done breakfast and lunch there and enjoyed it both times. I did enjoy the atmosphere of the Norway Princess breakfast, but for the price, when we went, it really wasn't worth it.

THis one is tough...however, our little DD's first was Cape May when she was 14 mths....and she loved it....she has since enjoyed CP, Ohana Breakfast, Garden Grill....out of those 3, CP was my least fave! Just crowded the day we went...and we never got to see Pooh or Piglet:( They did allow her to take a pic tho when we showed our receipt and were leaving...

It was our last day...stayed at YC so convenient...not crowded for an ealy morning ADR...each character spent time with our DD, 14mths at the time. Didnt appear as hectic as CP....http://i213.photobucket.com/albums/cc68/dvcsangus/WDW090407__31.jpg

The Princess breakfast at Norway is wonderful -- we enjoyed the dinner there also!
Although I have more than one "favorite" for sure, I voted for Liberty Tree Tavern. I love the theme (my patriotism is showing!) and, obviously, I love Goofy! I'm so sad they're taking the characters away. :bawling:
Love, Love, Love the pictures of your DD at Garden Grill! (that's another one of my favorite character meals!)

One of the reasons I did Garden Grill is because of you! I didnt even know about it til you told me about it:) Except we sat on top and didnt see too much! But the characters were great! However, Ava doesnt have time for Mickey if he is in any other attire than his normal duds!! You should see Those! LOL
So looking forward to LTT!!!! And it is that time of year to show our patriotism! LOL

I agree - the top row isn't near as much fun. :( And back in June they were having recurring problems with the restaurant NOT rotating. That isn't as much fun either!
I'm getting a kick out of this "Junior Member" label. I haven't been a Junior anything in many years!!!

Gotta say Chef Mickeys. I have never seen a buffet like that :eareek:
Tusker House was a close second.

I definitely like the Princess dining at Akershus in Norway. Have been for both breakfast and lunch and the food, service and character interaction is fantastic. Also liked 1900 Park Fare although it's a bit louder, but SO much fun with the sisters arguing with the stepmother. Crystal Palace is also a favorite with the Pooh characters and is great for both lunch and dinner and the convenience of the location in the MK can't be beaten.
Here are some photos of my then 13 month old son at 1900 Park Fare last June.

This past August we had Dinner with the Step Sister. It was a Hoot. Had a great time and the kids loved it.

He certainly didn't want much to do with getting a kiss, but she snuck one in on him anyway. He ate an entire bowl of strawberry soup and I ended up bringing home the recipe. I think my husband liked the character interaction best at 1900 Park Fare of any of them also. My favorite character though is Eeyore, so any place I can get a hug from my favorite sad donkey, I'm there! :-)

It was so hard to choose! We loved 'Ohana, but that was more about the food than the character interaction. I voted for 1900 Park Fare. We've done both dinner & breakfast. Breakfast last week was the BEST! I seriously think Alice was hopped up on caffiene (too much time at the tea party!). The Mad Hatter was a blast. It was loud, but still so much fun. We laughed the entire meal! Dinner there was nice as well. We did it a year ago. My DD was in love with Cinderella at the time, and Price Charming was quite the hottie! ;) She was very impressed with him.

So hard to choose, but I went with Princess Storybook. I might have said Garden Grill at one time--it's in my favorite WDW building, it rotates and overlooks one of my favorite rides, and the food was really good. HOWEVER, the last time we went, it wasn't rotating and the food was disappointing. Also, since it wasn't rotating, we listened to the Living with the Land dog bark through the whole meal. I can still hear it.
ANYWAY, here is one of my favorite pics from a Princess Storybook breakfast:
