I have an SSR studio booked for 10/21-24. (not sure "how" I ended up with those expiring points, but I did. Couldn't let them go to waste, now could I?!!!)

I did request "Grandstand" but no other requests. You will probably hear me all the way in Chicago IF I end up in that room!!! :laugh:

When are you going, Statia? I'll be at WDW in a couple of weeks. I'm not staying at POR or POFQ, but I usually get over there at least once during my trip. There's a lovely boat ride you can take from POR & POFQ to Downtown Disney.

I'll take pictures (won't be able to post them though until October 6th or 7th). Anything specific you want to see? (anything but room pictures!) I want to make sure I don't miss something that's important to you. :)

Oh and I like your comments makes sense (ie. continuing down the river). Oh, I can't believe they named a restaurant after me! I can't wait to get there. Like Grumpy said, the photos have date/time stamp: it was a Tuesday afternoon - around 1:30. It was very quiet there, but it was pretty quiet everywhere that week.

No, I don't know that girl - she doesn't look like she's too happy with me either! :laugh:

POR is much larger than POFQ. The advantage POR has is the rooms with trundle beds (in the Bayou section) can accommodate 5. POR's landscaping is beautiful.
