Ride Wait Times at the parks
I just released a mobile phone application to track ride wait times at the parks.
So if you are heading to Walt Disney World please take a minute and visit
ThemeParkLines.com on your cellular phone, iTouch or other wireless device.
The site is free and I make no money from this.
The idea is to build a database of ride wait times to help Park Fans like you and me to plan future vacation dates and also specific daily itineraries. I will be going to Orlando soon to test this out myself, but really need everyone’s help with testing and also entering ride times when you are at the parks. It is super easy and very fast, and will give you something to do while you are standing in those que lines for space mountain.
Looking for help:
Anyone that is going to WDW or Orlando Parks, please use the application to record your ride wait time. This would be a big help.
Anyone that has ideas on how to get more Disney Fans involved or how to spread the word, I could really use your help. (Forums, Blogs, PodCasts, Email newsletters, Telling Friends, etc.)
I am looking for input on how the application worked for you and phase two ideas. Maybe add hidden mickey information about the ride you are waiting in line for, or trivia, or enter users into a contest for each ride time they submit.
