A permit was filed by the owner of the Tutto Italia Ristorante to "construct a new pizzaria" Now this most likely is more than installing a new pizza oven since the way these permits usually read if that was all they were doing that is what it would say. After all Disney has to file these things just to put in a outlet somewhere.
