Disney Cruise Line announcment on Monday

I received 2 emails today- one from DCL castaway club and another for Disneytravelagents. com. It said to be on disneycruiseline.com/news at 12:30 PM on Monday the 6th for a big announcment. I am thinking it is either news about the new ships or the 2010 itineries. Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy!!!!:mickeyjump:

Speculation is that the Magic will be going to Alaska that summer, based on documents filed requesting permission to visit Glacier Bay. :)

That would be some itinerary!

I did read they may announce Magic cruising to the Med again and Baltic with Wonder picking up 4 and 5 night itineraries.
Will find out soon!
I would like to cruise again in 2010, aint gonna happen next year! LOL
I have a difficult time as it is packing for a family of 5, cant imagine packing for an Alaskan cruise! lol

Kids are out of school, Ava's bday and our anniversary same day on the 28th..gotta love it:)

At a press event in New York City today, Disney announced its much-anticipated special itineraries for Summer 2010.

Disney Cruise Line is going to Europe!

The special Summer 2010 itineraries are:

* 12-Night Northern European Capitals Cruise
* 11-Night Mediterranean Cruise in Europe
* 10-Night Mediterranean Cruise in Europe
* 7-Night Barcelona to Dover
* 8-Night Dover to Barcelona
* 14-Night Transatlantic Cruise – Eastbound
* 14-Night Transatlantic Cruise- Westbound

I am actually leaning towards a different cruise line. Can do Royal Caribbean way cheaper

Hubby always reminds me there are vacations without Mickey/Minnie..etc....lol

Its a long way off so who knows, but DCL does charge a premium for their brand compared to other cruise lines.

Priced this out for my family....still trying to pick up my jaw from the table! Geez, I would rather buy more DVC points that spend that kind of cash for 5 nights!
