20 percent discount to eat Counter Serve at MK during off peak hours

During the upcoming Easter period (April 3 - 10), coupons will be distributed to guests offering a 20 percent discount before 11:30 a.m. or between 2:30-4:30 p.m. at Columbia Harbour House, Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe, Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe, Pinocchio Village Haus and Tomorrowland Terrace Noodle Station.

I wonder how this is working for Disney this week. I always recommend to my clients to eat earlier in the day and avoid the crowds. We ate at 11:00am for lunch on our recent Spring Break trip, and never had to wait. Then around 12:30 we would be going between rides (with shorter waits) and seeing crowds of people sitting outside on the sidewalks with their lunches, because the CS locations were so packed!
