We always talk about Disney Vacation planning tips. One main tip is to plan ahead. However, do not let that discourage you to do a last minute trip to Disney. It is feasible & you may still be able to grab a discount!

My husband & I were fortunate enough to take a last-minute trip to WDW for a long weekend. We decided to go just two weeks prior to our trip date. I was able to grab a great discount at Disney's Yacht Club (http://offtoneverland.com/disney-destinations/walt-disney-world/walt-disney-world-resort-hotels/disneys-yacht-club-resort/?dm=41)(a resort we never stayed at before because our kids do not like change) & some great dining reservations. I highly recommend this resort to couples & families. The rooms were recently renovated and the location is wonderful. It is located in the Epcot Resort area. Stomalong Bay is amazing! No resort pool at Walt Disney World is as large and as well-themed as Stormalong Bay! The Beach Club & Yacht Club both are able to use this wonderful pool area.

If you plan to spend a lot of time at Epcot® and Disney's Hollywood Studios™ you should strongly consider selecting one of the resorts in this terrific area. Options include Disney's Beach Club Resort (http://offtoneverland.com/disney-destinations/walt-disney-world/walt-disney-world-resort-hotels/disneys-beach-club-resort/?dm=41), Disney's Yacht Club Resort (http://offtoneverland.com/disney-destinations/walt-disney-world/walt-disney-world-resort-hotels/disneys-yacht-club-resort/?dm=41), Disney's Boardwalk Inn (http://offtoneverland.com/disney-destinations/walt-disney-world/walt-disney-world-resort-hotels/disneys-boardwalk-inn/?dm=41), and the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels (http://offtoneverland.com/disney-destinations/walt-disney-world/walt-disney-world-resort-hotels/walt-disney-world-swan-and-dolphin/?dm=41). All front Crescent Lake and all are within walking distance or a boat ride to Epcot®, Disney's Hollywood Studios™, and Disney's Boardwalk Entertainment District. With such easy access to so many resorts and Epcot® just a few minutes away, you'll find more restaurant and entertainment choices than you can count.

So if your family tradition is staying at a Magic Kingdom Resort or another area, I would try to convince them to give the Epcot Resort Area a try at least once! You might even be surprised that this area might become your new tradition!

Disney’s Epcot area is really exquisite and we have been there lots of times. There are huge assortment of attractions, hotels, resorts, restaurants and spas, everything is superb. The rides are truly pleasurable and look as good as the same since it opened.

Best Regards,
