Help Creating a Book:
You can create 8" x 8" and 8" x 11" photo books that feature your own captions, titles, and photos printed directly on the book's cover.

To create a custom cover, begin by creating an 8" x 8" or 8" x 11" Custom Cover Photo Book, then follow the steps below.

1. On the "create your photo book" page, you'll see your book template at the center of the page, your collected photos at the right, and a scroll bar of menu options below your template. To design your custom cover, click on the "covers" tab, and then on the cover style you'd like.

2. Your custom cover will appear as the main image on the page. To add photos to your cover, drag and drop photos from your collected photos in the areas labeled "drag photo here." (Only one photo fits in each photo area.) To remove a photo from your cover, click the "X" that appears when you mouse over the photo.

Tip: You can edit a photo after you've placed it on your cover by clicking on the paintbrush icon that appears at the center of the photo. Once you're happy with your edits, click "apply changes." This will only edit the photo on your cover, not the master copy of the photo in your library.

3. To add captions or titles to your cover, click on an area labeled "click to edit." A small pop-up window will appear with a field for you to type in your message. You can change the font, text size, text color, and alignment by using the icons at the top of the window. Once you're happy with your captions, click the "apply changes" button.

4. If you want to change cover styles, click on a new design in the "covers" tab. Your photos and captions won't be affected unless the new style has a different layout.

5. Once you're happy with your custom cover, you can continue editing and designing your photo book, preview your book and check out, or save your progress to finish your photo book later. You'll be able to review your cover and photo book again before checkout by clicking on the "preview book" button."
