I have been informed of the following change in regards to closing
procedures for Disney Vacation Club transactions. Disney is emailing
official notifications to closing agents starting today.

Effective, May 18, 2009, DVC will begin charging a $50.00 fee for the
preparation and distribution of estoppels. (ROFR)"


Now this will hike up the resale closing fee significantly. Closing thru TSS (other than HHI) is $350.00 for contracts up to 50 pts. Add on another $50.00.....wow
