And HATE the other airlines!

DH and my FIL booked flights to Louisville, KY for a conference in August through Priceline on Delta/United. Well low and behold the conference was cancelled last Friday. Of course, what do you think they can do about their tickets? NOTHING! They only paid $205 RT for each ticket. They want to charge them $150 per ticket to change the dates (and they can't chnage the names - FIL and MIL could have used them in October)! So of course, they are each going to lose $205. I'm so mad. That is why I love SW. They are the only airline (Jetblue too I think) that will not charge you an arm and a leg if your plans change. Now you know why all those other airlines are going belly up!

e usually fly SW but wutht he 50% off code on Directair I had to book..lol. I also heard good things about them though they do have fees
