Default Purex now sells an "all in one" laundry sheet

    from allears newsletter

Melanie Weekes shares: I stumbled upon a new laundry item last week and immediately thought of Disney. Purex now sells an "all in one" laundry sheet. The sheet has detergent and softener embedded in it, so that it releases in the washer, then you toss the clothes into the dryer WITH the sheet, which has an anti-static strip that is heat-activated. I could definitely see putting a few of them into a zipper-top bag and taking them along for doing laundry at the resorts. I have tried them at home and they work really well. I don't think the dryer sheet is as effective as others, but its definitely worth the convenience and not having to lug all those products along, or to have to pay premium prices for them at the resort

Hmmm, very cool. Might have to search for those since we are going for 10 days in August and I haven't decided if I was packing 10 days worth of stuff or washing after 5 days.

When staying in the Villas I pack for 3 days. We wash every night. When staying at Pop I pack for 4 days and do the wash either when swimming or early in the am before everyone gets up

I've only done laundry once. That was when we stayed for 2 weeks. I hate doing laundry at home and I dread the thought of having to do it on vacation. Usually I try to pack enough so I don't have to do laundry, but we have only been for 7 days or less the past few times. I'll have to count the shorts and t-shirt supply and see if we can all even make it for 10 days without doing laundry. Short and t-shirts are pretty light, so the luggage weight won't be an issue.

Walmart CVS and Kmart all have them and here is a rebate to go along with it

Weird, it says "rebate" but in the fine print it says "refund". Looks more like a refund form, since you have to give a reason for not liking it.

I'll still buy it and try it (hoping to like it), but if I do like it then what? I wish there was a phone number to call to get clarification.
