ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Someone is breaking into local hotel rooms and ripping off unsuspecting tourists along International Drive in Orlando.

In just the past three months, there have been at least eight burglaries at the Metropolitan Resort. A hotel employee told Eyewitness News that a master key is missing.

Someone broke into two different rooms last weekend without any sign of forced entry. They took computers, cell phones, cameras and cash.

"It's ridiculous, because it's my first time in Florida and so it gives a bad impression here," theft victim Stephanie Rivera said.

Some of the victims lost all their money. They have been relying on complete strangers for food and will also rely on strangers for a ride to the airport when they leave.
