    Default I'm Back and wish I wasn't...lol

Just want to say even though it feels good to be back home I really wish I wasn't.

    Getting there
I did not find many reviews on DirectAir nor did I find many message boards with any either. So I plan to rectify that now.

Back in May I booked our flights with DirectAir with the 50% off code. Flying from Worcester to Sanford. I paid a grand total for 4 round trip tickets $464.88. I figured I either hit the Jackpot or I found cheap transportation that we would not use again but would hear about it for a long long long time

So Sunday morning comes around and we were off to the airport in Worcester Mass. It is about a 2 hours 45 minutes from my house. After stopping for an early lunch we hit the airport. Parking was $42 for the week. (You pay your parking $ when you enter not when you leave like at Manchester.) Walked up a flight stairs , walked across the street intot he airport and it was EMPTY Noone was at any counters. OK I will admit I was nervous. We walked up to the DirectAir counter and the agewnt was in the back eating. As soon as she saw us she came right up and helped us. We did check 1 bag which I had prepaid before getting there. We were assigned our seats and headed up to security. OK no security. 2 hours before the flight and no TSA. 1 other couple was sitting there. 15-20 minutes later TSA comes and we go through security. Grabbed some seats and played the wait for our boarding time game. By now there is plenty of people and everyone is getting excited to get going. Finally boarding time came. Everyone loaded on stored overhead items and we were off. I would say the plane was 90% full. Flight was smooth. Landed on time. Walked to baggage claim and our bag was already there. WHOOO HOOO no waiting. Off to get the rental car. We used Dollar. Took about 10 minutes to get to the counter and grab our car. Had our own GPS with us and all loaded with the POI from Mousesavers. Stopped at Sonic for dinner since we had never been to 1 but always see the commercials. From there we went and checked in at OKW. I had done the on-line check in and everything was all ready for us. Not bad 2 hours to get car, eat, drive to OKW and check in. Walked out to head to our room when the MK bus pulls in. I run to the car toss everything in and run back to the bus. We are off to MK. I will find my room at OKW later

Soon as we get to MK we head straight to Splash Mountain. The wait was @ 12 minutes but hey who was timing it From there we headed to watch Spectro. We grabbed a spot in Frontieland in front of the candy store shortly before the parade started. Great place to watch it from and we were right behind the rope. While waiting I saw I missed a call from a friend that was down there and when I called him back I got disneyflorist. Figure that out becuase I can't. Tried 3 times dialing a 603 exchange and coming up with disneyflorist. Oh well Parade is about to start Spectro is 1 of my all time favorite parades. After the parade we headed to main street. About half way down dead center of the street we staked our spot And then WISHES started. We love WISHES. Been a while since we have seen regular wishes. We usually see Hallowishes. After Wishes ended we headed to the bus stop. OKW bus wasn't crowded and we were back at the resort before we knew it. Grabbed the car and drove to our room. Found our room and called it a night.

Not bad for our 1st day. Traveled, ate and hit MK. It was a good Day

Day 2 will be up shortly

    Default Monday Day 2

Monday was Animal Kingdom early entry (8a)… got a Fast Pass (FP) for Everest, went on the Safari and walked Jungle Trek. We spent alot of time watching the gorrillas. They are by far my favorite. Icould watch that big silverback all day long. From there we went to Bug’s life 3D show, road Everest rollercoaster, watched Flights of Wonder bird show, went on Kali River. At this point I snagged all 3 sets of fast passes at the terminal by Bugs life. While walking around the store across the street I saw a family of 4 that I gave all 12 fast passes to. The kids and parents were excited and thanked me many times.

From here we went back to OKW to get ready for an early dinner.

We hit the Golden Corral that is about a mile from OKW. Decent meal for a great price. All 4 of us ate for $50 including tip. for those that have never eaten at 1(like us) it is a buffet. There was a little bit of everything and most of it tasted pretty darn good. Either that or I was really hungry. But either way I would go back

After eating we hit the premium outlets. I wanted to see the disney store there. Prices were cheaper then the parks but I did not buy anything. We walked around the mall looking in different stores and then we headed back to OKW

Hit the room and decided we were going swimming. Loaded up in the car and went to the main pool. The water was warm and the slide was fun. We actually saw a rainbow in the distance. We swam, played tag and went in the hot tub.

We then called it a night and headed back to the room to get ready for Epcot the next day
    Flights of Wonder

    Safari

Tuesday was EPCOT early entry (8a)… walked to the front of the park. Did the whole count down and went withthe mass to ride on Soarin’ and FP for later, then we did Spaceship Earth, FP Test Track, Innoventions (Kim Possible ticket), Figment, Soarin’, lunch at Seasons (The Land), Circle of Life show, Kim Possible adventure where youngest Disney Daughter (DD) got to save England then France from villains…back to hotel for some more pool time, Test Track and a late dinner at Garden Grill (Chip & Dale). We had Awesome character interaction. Youngest DD loves Chip so I embarrassed her and told him. He then proceeded to drop down on 1 knee like he was proposing

Wednesday was Studios early entry (8a)… Myself and oldest DD went on Tower of Terror while mom and youngest DD got a FP for Toy Story(ride/game), all watched Voyage of The Little Mermaid, ate lunch at ABC Commissary, went to Animations to draw (Minnie, Donald and Stitch), Toy Story, Great Movie Ride, took the boat to Beach Club for gelato (YUM!), break at the room, DVC party for snacks, game and free hats for Dad, back to Studios for Toy Story and off to Contemporary’s Chef Mickey’s for dinner (Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto and Donald)

Thursday was MK early entry (8a)… started with Splash, FP Thunder Mountain RR (coaster) for later, Tea Cups, Haunted Mansion, Monster Inc (comedy/show), Buzz (game/ride) and FP for later, Splash and FP for later, Hall of Presidents, shopping and off to Beach Club for more gelato (so G-O-O-D!). Pool for a swim, dinner at Crystal Palace (MK) with Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore and Piglet then went on the Jungle Cruise, Splash, Philarmagic, Buzz, shops and bed.

Friday was EPCOT at 9am… Soarin’ and FP for later, Nemo ride, Crush show, watched dolphins, Innoventions (money game and Kim Possible ticket), started countries at Mexico (churros), Norway bakery and ride, Youngest DD saved Japan with Kim Possible, oldest DD had to have her crape outside at France, we ate lunch at the France bakery (tip: split a sandwich and pastry… delicious!), oldest DD and dad got a FP for Soarin’ and went to the Art store then met youngest DD and mom at the pool. Checked out Bay Lake Tower (new DVC), monorail to Polynesian where Dad asked if we could get the salad to go (he lost a bet… that’s its own story) then off to Floridian for Dinner at 1900 Park Fare with Cinderella, Prince, step mother and sisters (excellent buffet this trip). Back to Epcot for Test Track, 2 trips on Soarin’, Figment and back to Boardwalk… watched a cute magic show then went to the hotel to pack.

Saturday breakfast at the Boardwalk Bakery and off to the airport… all went well, boarded then got word of a delay due to fog in Worcester. After about an hour, they decided to take off, but weren’t sure if we were landing in Worcester or Hartford. Flight was smooth and got word about half hour before landing that we would land in Worcester… extremely foggy, but landed
