    Default Disney vacation club

Hi My husband and I were interested in the DVC. We were offered the 100 point deal. We didn't take it because we found it cheaper or the same price if we gone without having it. Also we don't have a big family just a daughter who's 2 . I told the realtor to keep in touch for any future deals. Is it really worth it for a small family. I really wanted to do it at first but it is a big commitment. Any Advice please?

If you go to Disney at least every other year, stay at a moderate to deluxe resort and You are able to plan your vacations well in advance -- ideally 7 to 11 months out then it is 110% worth it. Also if the cost of dues does not appear to present a financial hardship based on your current expectations.

Remember you are prepaying for your vacations for the next 50 years if you are buying at Animal Kingdom.

I think you get nicer accommodations We like a living room and a kitchen so we usually stay in a 1 bedroom. This year we are going with family so we are getting a 2 bedroom

The main thing to remember is to buy where you want to stay. the 8-11 month mark is important. Any other questions just ask

Thanks. We plan on going in may and staying in one of the pirate rooms thanks to you!!! We also called our rep Doug and asked him to show us how it works and so on while we are down there. I rather see what I'm getting before I buy. But I'll give you a call for some inside track and what to look for. Thank you sooo much again!
