    Default BCV going to be refurbished

    Beach Club Villas - General demolition, finish carpentry, sealants & caulking, painting, reupholster of select existing upholstered furniture, refinishing/touch-up of select existing items. Installation of carpet & base.

    sounds similiar to the permits filed for VWL
