Current Incentives/Prices from DVC

Here are the current incentives and point costs when purchasing from DVC. This is based on information currently available and is subject to change (please send me a PM if your guide offers new incentives). Please verify the current pricing and incentives with your DVC sales guide. All initial purchases must be a minimum of 160 points. Existing DVC members can add-on a minimim of 25 points (if paying cash/credit card) or 50 points (if financing). The minimum add-on at BLT is 100-points.
Supposedly, the developer points incentives for BLT/AKV have been replaced with a free cruise on Disney Cruise Line:
Add on 100 points: a 3 night cruise for 4 people (160 for new members)
Add on 125 points: a 4 night cruise for 4 people (200 for new members)
Add on 200 points: a 7 night cruise for 4 people (270 for new members)
Bay Lake Tower [BLT] (New Members)
BLT = $112 - $5 incentive = $107
Equal # of points that can be used only at SSR, DLR or Interval International (can't be banked and expire after Oct 2009)
Dues don't start until your unit's occupancy date (currently 9/1/09)
BLT points can't be used until Sept 2009
BLT (Member add-ons)
add-on 100 or more points, get matching developer points, and the $5 off per point ($107/pt)
Animal Kingdom Villas [AKV] (New Members)
AKV = $112 - $6.25 incentive = $105.75
Equal # of points that can be used only at SSR or RCI (can't be banked and expire after 12 months)
Dues don't start until your unit's occupancy date at Kidani Village (currently 5/1/09)
AKV points can't be used until May 2009
AKV (Member add-ons)
add-on less than 50 points, pay $112 per point
add-on at least 50 points, get the $6.25 off per point
add-on at least 100 points, get matching developer points, and the $6.25 off per point
Villas at Grand Californian [VGC] (Founding Member add-ons)
add-on 100 or more points, get matching developer points, and the $5 off per point ($107/pt)
There are sometimes different incentives depending on where you buy (WDW, DLR or the Chicago store).
Current Cost per point:
VGC = $112 - $5 incentive = $107 (100 points min add-on)
BLT = $112 - $5 incentive = $107 (100 points min add-on for incentive)
AKV = $112 - $6.25 incentive = $105.75
SSR = $104
BCV = $106
BWV = $106
VWL = $101
OKW = $101
HHI = $92 - $5 incentive = $87 (Min 50 points)
VB = $92 - $5 incentive = $87 (Min 50 points)
Most resorts are available for less via the resale market.
BLT expires in 2060. AKV and new OKW contracts expire in 2057. SSR contracts expire in 2054. All other resorts (including most OKW resales) expire in 2042.

BLT = $3.67

VB = $6.41
As noted above, even though VB may have a low purchase cost, the annual dues are the most expensive of all the resorts. Below is the history of annual dues at each DVC resort.
